This is an old steam building where it combines forestry and the moose horn museum, which is very unique. There is a moose horn collection where all moose that were shot on large forest areas in Norduppland were documented.
It was activity until 1961. In 2003, the project "Forest Museum Strömsberg" began to tell about the forest workers' lives. In 2005, August 20, the first part of the museum was opened. Project Forestry Museum Strömsberg is constantly being developed. The Forestry Museum wants to tell the public how it was to work in forestry in the past. Therefore, they gladly receive forest tools.
