This training is divided into 13 parts, where each step gives you the opportunity to learn, reflect and test your knowledge. After completing all parts, the training concludes with a knowledge test, and upon successful completion, you will be awarded a diploma as proof of your in-depth hosting skills.

The hosting training covers areas such as what hosting is and why it is so important, what makes a good host and you get tips on how to get satisfied guests through your hosting. The training also includes what happens in the meeting with the guest, before, during and after the first meeting, tips on communication and how you can act when the guest is not satisfied. You get to learn about the brand Experience Norduppland - you are part of a larger context!
