Anna Kåver – With life intact. About the freedom and losses of aging.

There is a freedom and a relief in getting older. A relief from responsibility for others, when parents have been guided through old age and death, when children stand on their own two feet and when employers do not tap you on the shoulder. As we age, thoughts about existence, about life and death and what it means to be human grow. Have we lived meaningfully? What do we want with the years that remain?

In “With life intact – about the freedom and losses of aging”, Anna Kåver takes us on existential and psychological journeys through aging. She draws on personal experiences and a long professional life in psychotherapy.
