The well-preserved and carefully restored ironwork village has an exciting and interesting history. Älvkarleö mill was founded in the middle of the 17th century by Claes Depken, later Anckarström.
Here is a fantastic place for the wedding, conference, kick-off or team building.As a private person you can, for example, book our self-catering villas when you want to visit the Furuvik Park, Golf course or just spend time in this Lovely enviroment. Here you are greeted with familiar service, good food and beautiful nature.
Maybe you want to eat a luxurious cheese tray and socialize in the evening, play a game, take a sauna or enjoy the wood-fired hot tub. Whichever, here it is possible!
In the manor house and the wings there are 38 rooms with a total of 71 beds.
Conference and meetings
At Älvkarleö Herrgård there are four newly renovated conference rooms. They are equipped with both atmosphere, convenience and new technology.
The conference hall Depken receives about 70 people with access to three group rooms and a teacher's room.
In the main building there are two conference rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people and three group work rooms.
In the conference room Archive from the 1890s there is room for 12 people. The archive is cozy decorated with access to an open fire.

#Wedding and party
At weddings or events you are usually the only guests here at the mansion, wich means that you can use all of the beautiful facilities. There is 73 beds in the mansion and annex buildings. Many former wedding guests have truly appriciated the good quality food , service, and the amazing environment.
The dining room can cater for approx 65 guests. Upstairs there is a beautiful saloon with a bar, and space for a dance floor, cocktails or mingle. You have a lot of places to spread out in.
