P-G Persson - The fisherman in Gudinge
Welcome to P-G Persson's Fishing in Gudinge on the Hållnäs peninsula.
In our farm shop you will find seafood delicacies, mostly fished in the Baltic from our fishing boat based in Gudinge hamn.
For large parts of the year, we also sell our fresh and processed fish from our stall outside ICA in Skärplinge, mostly on Fridays.
As we try to offer produce we fished ourselves, our range varies every week - depending on what's in our nets.
In our smokehouse, we smoke salmon, whitefish and herring (böckling), among other things. You can also get fresh fillet fish to cook at home.
For catering events, you can book ready-made dishes with smoked fish and sauce, and add side dishes of your liking.
