Training day in Bruket 29th of September
Full day of physical training and yoga in Lövstabruk 29th of September 2024.

We meet at 9:00 in the Old School in Lövstabruk, where we start the day with a Yoga session to get started with good energy for the day and as a warm-up before the physical session.
We run the physical session sin Herrgårdsparken.
Lunch , which is included.
After lunch there will be a lecture about health.
Then a physical session in Herrgårdsparken and we end the day with a Yoga session either outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors.
